I ordered my trainers on the 29th November. The UPS tracker began to update their journey, then after about a week no further updates.
After two weeks I was told to open an investigation with UPS, which I did providing all the necessary paperwork. Frankly, after a week of waiting both On and UPS should have admitted to losing the shoes. This did not happen - by the 30th December I accepted neither side were going to resolve this issue.
So I requested a replacement pair be sent out. This was promised. So I checked the UPS tracker with the new order number last week, it said delivery on 14th January. It is now the 13th and once again the UPS tracker is showing an issue, a problem with paperwork because of Brexit I expect. At this point I am furious, one month wait is bad enough and I understood it was a busy xmas period. But, at this rate I expect it could easily be two months before the shoes materialise. I have plantar fasciitis and had these shoes recommended, so you can imagine my disappointment at such bad service.

I'm giving a single star because there isn't a lower ranking. I was most unfortunate to buy two pairs of cloud x last year. The shoes practically fell apart after a years wear. I walk 10 km daily and with cloud x I had blisters on the heels after two consecutive days of wearing. Never came across such a problem with my Nikes, NB's and Reeboks. I definitely will not recommend these shoes. Don't waste your money!

Folks in Canada - On is working fine now

Folks in Canada; I received my new On CloudX within 3 days of placing my order. It comes from their Mississauga office. I think things are now back to normal with their system. You can even track your delivery with the Shop app.

I can't believe this

I can't believe this. I have been wanting these shoes for months. I finally spent the 130 to get them. They came in today. I was so excited. I unwrap them and they are covered in pet hair (not from my house). How is this possible? No custom service number? For how expensive these shoes are that's ridiculous.

Ordered a pair of shoes

Ordered a pair of shoes, the shoes were very delayed and when they finally came did not fit. When I tried returning the site didn’t allow me to return, I’ve now sent 4 emails to hear nothing back.
All I want is the next size up.
Heard nothing for weeks.

Total Failure…

Poor Quality and Service from On

Bought a pair of On Cloud waterproof hiking boots, but had to be returned as they were not waterproof. While waiting for a new pair of boots to arrive I bought a pair of On cloud waterproof shoes. These are also NOT waterproof. I gave On the benefit regarding the boots, thinking this to be a one off, but cannot believe that two pairs of footwear are sub standard. In paying a premium price I expect a quality product - this is obviously not the case. I have contacted On directly but they have not responded. Taking my custom elsewhere.

Well Worth the wait

Having seen various reviews complaining about delivery, i was a bit sceptical as to when the trainers would arrive. Yes they did take 2 weeks to arrive, but well worth the wait. Love the comfort and design of the shoe and would highly recommend. Plus customer service has been excellent in my opinion, you can't fully blame ON for the delays its happening with various companies delivering to the UK. So all I would say, if you want an excellent and well designed shoe and don't mind the possibility of there being delays you should definitely go with ON

No delivery and no notification

I ordered a pair of shoes on Monday (R488422754). Stated delivery time was 1-2 days. 5 days later I haven't even recieved a confirmation email but my money is gone. When I log in, all I see is that they are currently unable to track my delivery. I reached out to them but no answer so far. This is terrible customer service.
Now you tell me that there is no order? Where would I have gotten the order number from? I ordered in your shop, if I log in, I see the order. On my credit card I see a payment to on running. Please call me to as you said help me “solve the misunderstanding”! You should have my number if you got my inquiries for both email addresses.

Avoid - unreliable

Still haven't heard anything fron ON. I am waiting to hear from my credit card company. I need to talk next with a friend in Germany who is an attorney.
This is criminal. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
Ordered it as a gift for my wife on 12th Dec.. Arrived just before Christmas. Unfortunately, it didn't fit. Went on On website and asked for a return. My mistake then was, that I trusted On. They claimed it takes about 14 days to get a refund. So I should place another order. This was what I did. The new pair arrived on 31st Dec. Money was booked immediately from my account. Now after almost two months I still have not received a refund and even more disappointing I have never heard anything from On. They still keep my 135 GBP. On 15th February I wrote them an email asking for resolution within the 5 days. I got an automatically generated reply claiming that I get an answer within the next three days. After that just silence. Is this really a company claiming on best service and high ethical standard? It is just a highly unreliable company. I wish I would have read the rating on trustpilot first. I am really doubting all the rating and recommendation on other social media channels.
I am going now to contact my credit card company and file a section 75 claim.
Just disappointing! Avoid!

Bought the On Running pants for the…

Bought the On Running pants for the cold spell. Super comfy and the deep pockets are useful for carrying my phone.

Less than one star...

I’m only rating On one star, as there isn’t an option to rate them zero.
I have ordered direct from them twice, and on both occasions there have been significant delays on the orders. My current order was placed a month ago, and still hasn’t been shipped!! I have emailed them twice for an update and haven’t had a reply.
There is no contact number to call.
Products are good, but I’d avoid this company based on their customer service alone. Terrible

Waiting 5 weeks

Waiting 5 weeks, zero support from ON. This is a delivery within the EU so they can't blame Brexit. I've bought many ON products but recent experience means I am giving up on them.
Update - mailed ON several times and no replies. Still no delivery.
Update 2- 19/2. ON finally admitted that they cannot supply the goods. I'll be getting a refund. They will also give a discount code, although it is hard to know if I'll use that. I've bought a lot of ON stuff in the past year and this experience has been disappointing. I have brought up the star rating from the previous 1 star to 3.

11 days to put shoes in a box.

Previously left a 5 star review for these clowns. But on this order it’s has taken them 11 days to put my order in the post and then I get the warning about delayed shipping because of Brexit. The brexit thing is fair but it takes you 11 days to put some shoes that were listed as in stock in the post!?
Before ON post the inevitable excuse of Brexit. I only received the processing confirmation today, that order is ready to be collected. Nothing to do with Brexit at all.
